        What is my level?
      We cover four levels (outside performance courses). If you have a doubt which class to attend contact us !
       
      Absolute beginners Beginners/ Beginners
      		Newcomers to salsa
      Basic steps. Mambo LA, Cuban, Puertorican basics. Side and back steps.
      3 classes
       
      Improvers
      Basic steps.
      Basic interpretation of music.
      Basic Rhythm and Timing.
      Basic techniques. Right and left turns. Cross body lead. Cross body with turn. Half Turns. Side and back steps etc.
      Leading techniques.
      Shines.
      Combinations and patterns using basics learnt.
      Approximately 12 weeks.
       
      Intermediates
      Intermediate combinations and patterns using basic techniques learnt. Check turns. Stop turns.
      How to lead successfully any girl. Intermediate leading skills.
      Double turns for men and women .
      Intermediate Dance patterns and routines. How to create your own routine.
      Intermediate Styling for ladies.
      How to look good .. dancing !

      You must be confident in the skills learnt in improvers class before joining this level. If you haven’t attended an improver class with us we recommend you attend the last 2 improver/revision classes in January to get ready for our intermediate course. Do not miss this very popular intermediate course class that will get your dancing to a different level !

      More advanced styling techniques.
      Triple and multiple turns
      This class is by invitation only.
       
      Private classes

      Taking with us few private classes may improve your dancing considerably. We usually concentrate on what you specifically need, how to give you a strong push forward and work our way from there. Contact us for more details !

      Latin connection offers a wide range of courses from learning to dance, principles of performing , choreography , music interpretation and fundamentals of successful teaching.
       

      We are fun, we know what we are doing and will definitely take you to the next level ! We focus on you, not us. We focus on you having fun and enjoying the experience.
       

      Most of our classes are based on ‘L.A on one’ style of dancing. However we also give considerable attention to teaching other styles as the Cuban ones. Casino Rueda being included in some of our classes will also help our students to attain Miami/Cuban dancing styles.
       
      Everyone has a different learning curve and our role is to cater to all needs, we also focus on individual needs and requirements. Learning to dance IS easy, and EVERYONE gets it. We focus on where your skills are. No complex dance jargon. You will be surprised on how easy it is to dance once you joined our classes.
       

       

       

      During and after our class we do keep an eye to what is needed for each person as much as we can. When we see our students dance socially we keep a record and we tell them later what can be done to improve. We don’t give the class and go home !
      There are tens of ways to teach salsa but our teaching methods are unique…and we know it ! We have more than 7 years experience in teaching and our classes have always produced good dancers and instructors . We simply believe in results and we will make you dance!
